Oscar is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with decades of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. As the head of our practice, he leads a dedicated healthcare team committed to providing high-quality, personalized medical services.

His expertise spans comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic studies, with a strong focus on preventive health. He offers adult and gynecological examinations, evaluates and treats sexually transmitted diseases, and provides women’s health services including contraception, reproductive care, and family planning.

With a deep commitment to proactive care, he develops individualized treatment plans grounded in both clinical expertise and evidence-based medicine. He actively educates patients on strategies for chronic disease prevention, empowering them to take charge of their health.

Since November 2022, he has served as a Sub-Investigator in the Angels Clinical Research program, supervising pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical trials that contribute to advancing medical knowledge and patient care.

He earned his Medical Doctorate in General Practice from the Instituto Superior de Ciencias Médicas de la Habana, Havana, Cuba, in 1993, with a specialization in Family Medicine and additional certifications in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
